The Portfolio Analytics Overview: portfolio value with today's change, KPI cards with per-currency chips, the performance chart and allocation by sector
Built for global investors

Markets you actually want, in one place

Live prices via Yahoo Finance, refreshed periodically and may be delayed.

Built for investors who want clarity, not clutter

Whether you're starting with your first ETF or managing dozens of positions across several currencies, Portfolio Analytics fits in.

Dividend income investors

Your dividends are the foundation of the life you are designing. Map the income arriving month by month, track yield on cost, and watch your year-over-year growth compound. Closed positions are filtered out automatically, so the forward twelve-month forecast stays accurate enough to plan a lifestyle around.

See the dividend forecast

Long-term buy & hold

Patient investing deserves arithmetic you can check, not daily anxiety. See your genuine annualized return with Newton-Raphson XIRR across years of buys, sells and reinvestments, and benchmark against the NASDAQ 100, S&P 500, Dow Jones, gold or bonds, without flinching at every market swing.

See how the return is worked out

Multi-currency investors

Holding assets in USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD, RON or ILS should not mean juggling exchange rates in your head. Every position converts into one reporting currency automatically, with per-currency chips on every stat card, so your global portfolio finally reads as a single, coherent story.

See the multi-currency total

ETF & index investors

Every European ETF (.DE, .PA, .L, .AS) is fully supported alongside US listings, and every position lands in one allocation view by sector, with the largest country beside it. See how much of your money sits in a single sector or in your top three names, and benchmark the whole portfolio against the NASDAQ 100, S&P 500 or any major index.

See the allocation view

Active traders

Daily change on every holding, the best and worst movers for any period, and a holdings map of your largest positions coloured by today's move, so the tiles worth your attention stand out. Switch from 1D to 5Y without a reload, and open any ticker on a candlestick chart before you act on what you see.

See performance by holding

Privacy-conscious

Your financial life belongs to you and your family alone. Your holdings are never sold and never shared, and nothing arrives here through a broker connection: you decide what goes in. Protected by TOTP two-factor authentication and a full audit log, with one-click deletion whenever you want out.

See how the data is protected

Who this is not for

If you want a live connection into your brokerage account, this is the wrong tool for now. Portfolio Analytics does not connect to your broker: you add transactions yourself or upload a statement your broker already gave you. The exports of 32 brokers go in automatically, among them XTB, Interactive Brokers, Trading 212, DEGIRO, Revolut, eToro, Trade Republic, Saxo Bank, Robinhood and Charles Schwab. Any other CSV works too, and a file that refuses to import gets a personal import template within 24 hours. Most people do this once, then spend a minute a month keeping it current.

It is also not a trading platform. You cannot place orders here, and it will not tell you what to buy. It tells you the truth about what you already own.

Three steps from empty dashboard to full insight

No complicated setup and no broker integration to configure. Just log your trades and Portfolio Analytics does the rest.

  1. Step one

    Create your account

Sign up with email or Google in under 30 seconds. Verify your inbox, enable 2FA if you want, and you're in. Managing money for your family? One account can hold a separate profile for each person, and you switch between them in a click.

  2. Step two

    Add portfolios & transactions

Create one portfolio or several ("Retirement", "Dividend", "Growth"). Type your trades in, or upload the file your broker already gives you: XTB, Interactive Brokers, Trading 212, DEGIRO and 28 more go straight in with nothing to map. Anything else goes in through a column matcher, or send us the file and a template for it is written within 24 hours.

  3. Step three

    Analyse & optimise

Prices refresh automatically from Yahoo Finance, so the moment your trades are in you see live market value, daily change and unrealized gain. See where the money sits by sector, spot the best and worst movers, project the next twelve months of dividend income and benchmark against the NASDAQ 100 or any major index.

Not doing that tonight? Take the CSV template and come back to it.

How this compares to paid trackers

The full version, including the places where a paid tool wins. Check anything here against their own pricing pages before you decide.

Feature comparison between Portfolio Analytics and typical paid portfolio trackers
Portfolio Analytics Typical paid tracker Broker app
Price Free, no card Roughly $10 to $30 a month Free with your account
Needs your brokerage login No, and never to use it Usually yes, by design It is your broker
Holdings limit on the free tier None Commonly capped, then paid None
Multi-currency reporting total 9 currencies, live FX Often paid tier only Usually one currency
European tickers (.DE .PA .L .AS) Supported Varies, often patchy Only what you hold there
True money-weighted return (XIRR) Yes, with method published Usually yes Rarely
Sees your whole net worth across brokers Yes, you choose what to add Yes, if you connect each one No, one broker only
Price alerts on symbols you do not own yet Yes, bell or email Usually yes Usually yes
Automatic trade sync Manual or CSV Yes Yes
Tax reporting packs No Often included Varies by country
Your data sold or shared Never Read their policy carefully Read their policy carefully

Two honest losses above. If automatic trade sync or a ready-made tax pack is what you need, a paid tracker is the better buy and you should get one. If you would rather no system anywhere held a route into your brokerage account, that is the trade this tool makes on purpose.

Your portfolio at a glance

A clean, powerful dashboard that shows everything you need. No clutter, no noise.

The Overview in Portfolio Analytics: total portfolio value with today's change, total gain, invested, unrealized and realized gain and dividend yield cards with per-currency chips, the portfolio performance chart, asset allocation by sector, top holdings and recent transactions

Six live KPIs, in every currency, at a glance.

The moment you open your dashboard, the six figures that actually matter are already there: total value with today's change, total gain, invested, unrealized gain, realized gain and dividend yield. Each one is split by currency underneath, so a portfolio spread across continents collapses into one clear, trustworthy number, and period pills from 1W to all time switch every card to that range. Prices refresh every five minutes from the Yahoo Finance API.

  • Performance chart and allocation by sector on the same screen.
  • Click any holding, or search any ticker, to open its candlestick chart.
  • Switch reporting currency on the fly, totals re‑convert with live FX.

This is the screen that answers "am I actually up or down?" in one glance, including the dividends and the sold positions most trackers quietly leave out.

Open the dashboard

What we do with your data: nothing

No brokerage login. No ads. No trackers. Nothing sold to anyone. Every login and change is written to an audit log you can export yourself. Here is exactly how your account is protected.

A tracker that holds a live route into your brokerage account is a tracker that can lose one. Not through malice, usually, but through a breach, an acquisition, a change of ownership, or a policy update you did not read.

Today there is no brokerage credential anywhere in this system: nothing for an attacker to steal, nothing for a third party to harvest, and nothing that stops working when a broker changes its API. Why it was built this way

Two-factor authentication

TOTP-based 2FA works with Google Authenticator, Authy, 1Password or any authenticator app, and backup codes mean a lost phone never locks you out of your own records.

Google OAuth

Sign in with your Google account and there is no extra password to remember, or keep email and password if you would rather Google knew nothing about it. Either way 2FA still applies.

Trusted devices

Skip 2FA for 30 days on a browser you trust, and revoke that trust from your account settings the moment a device leaves your hands. Every trusted device is listed with where it was last used.

Encrypted session cookies

Your login lives in an httpOnly cookie that JavaScript cannot read, with CSRF protection on every action, so no injected script can lift your session out of the browser.

Full audit log

Every login, password change, transaction and admin action is logged with the IP, the device and the outcome. Review it or export the whole thing whenever you like, so you never have to take our word for any of this.

Strict data isolation

Every API call is scoped to your user ID at the database query layer, not in the application code where a missed check would leak. There is no admin panel and no analytics backdoor that can see your portfolios.

Would you rather it never left your machine?

Ask me for the source and run your own copy. Your computer, your database, your prices, nothing reporting back here. IRR, multi-currency portfolios and the full transaction history work exactly the same.

Holdings and Allocation: the top 3 holdings, largest sector, largest country and position count, a sector donut with each sector's biggest holdings, a holdings map coloured by today's move, and the largest positions by weight

See exactly where your money truly lives.

Real diversification is not a pie chart, it is knowing which names sit behind each slice. Holdings & Allocation splits your portfolio by sector and names the holdings inside every sector, puts your top-3 share and largest country on the first row, and lays your largest positions out as a holdings map coloured by today's move. In seconds you can spot a quiet over-concentration that a simple list would have hidden, and rebalance with confidence.

  • Donut plus ranked list, so you read both the share and the names behind it.
  • Allocation, Holdings and Map views switch instantly, no reloads.
  • The Map view shows every position by weight, coloured by today's move.

This is how you find out that "diversified" means 60% technology, with three names doing most of the work.

See performance by holding

Everything you need to manage your portfolio

Powerful tools for serious investors. Track, analyse and optimise your investment strategy, all in one clean dashboard.

Real-time portfolio tracking

Live stock prices via Yahoo Finance with automatic 5-minute refresh. Track stocks, ETFs, crypto, mutual funds and international tickers across unlimited portfolios.

Dividend analytics

Track dividend income, yield, payout history and growth rates. Monthly and 12-month projections plus per-stock income breakdown. Closed positions are automatically excluded.

Performance metrics

Eight headline cards on one screen, from total value and cost basis to yield and monthly income, with the best and worst movers beside them over any of nine periods from 1D to all time.

Multi-currency support

Track investments in USD, EUR, GBP, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD, RON, ILS and more. Per-currency totals across every portfolio, with live FX conversion for reporting.

Holdings & allocation

See allocation by sector with the holdings behind every slice, your top-3 share and largest country at a glance, and every position on one map coloured by today's move.

Import & export

The exports of 32 brokers import exactly as they are: XTB, Interactive Brokers, Trading 212, DEGIRO, Revolut, eToro, Trade Republic, Saxo Bank, Robinhood, Charles Schwab and 22 more. Any other broker's CSV goes through a column matcher, and a file that still refuses gets a personal import template within 24 hours. Every row is checked before anything is written, and everything exports back out as CSV or Excel.

Candlestick & line charts

Search any ticker from the top of the app, or click a quote or a holding, and read it as a candlestick or a line from 5-minute intraday bars out to all time. A quote board from the S&P 500 to Brent, Bitcoin and EUR/USD keeps the day's context one tab away.

Performance by holding

Every holding's all-time return as a tile, green for gainers and red for laggards, beside your monthly returns and year-by-year totals, so you can see which positions and which years did the work.

Benchmark vs the market

Compare your return against the NASDAQ 100, S&P 500, Dow Jones, Russell 2000, gold or US bonds over any period, with the money you added left out, so it shows what the market did with it. One line tells you whether you are ahead of the index, and by how many points.

Watchlist & price alerts

Follow what you are thinking of buying, not only what you own. Set a buy target, a sell target or both, and get told when the price gets there: a badge on the bell, an email, or both. File symbols into as many lists as you need. Nothing on the watchlist touches your holdings or your returns.

Financial independence planner

Enter what you need to live on each month and the return you assume. See the capital that produces that income for ever, how much of it your holdings already cover, what is left to invest, and how long the gap takes to close at your monthly contribution.

A screener you can read

Every symbol you own or watch, tested against rules you set yourself: revenue growth, profitability, debt, valuation and more. It is deterministic, so the same inputs always give the same answer and every signal traces back to the rule behind it.

Research any stock

Three cards under every chart: the dividend record (a consecutive-years growth streak, payout ratio and per-year history reaching back decades), a business quality check with margins and ROE scored against stated thresholds, and a DCF calculator where your own assumptions produce a fair value beside the price.

See your winners and losers at once

Performance puts every position's all-time return on one grid of tiles, beside your monthly returns and the totals for each year, measured against the benchmark you pick.

Performance: the verdict against the NASDAQ 100 with a benchmark picker and period pills, period change, invested change, total return and net invested tiles, contributions and market return by year, monthly returns, holdings performance tiles and year by year totals

The whole portfolio in one glance.

Every position as a coloured tile, green for gainers, red for laggards, with its all-time return printed on it. Above the tiles sit the verdict against your benchmark, contributions against market return and your monthly returns. Below them, invested, realized gain and dividends for every year.

  • Growth view, contributions, monthly returns, holdings tiles and year by year.
  • Benchmark view, how far ahead of or behind the index you are over the period.
  • Risk view, the best and worst month, up months and top-3 concentration.

Two seconds to see whether your return came from the whole portfolio or from one position doing all the work.

Open in dashboard

Candlestick charts for every ticker

Search any Yahoo-supported symbol, stock, ETF, crypto or index, and read it like a pro.

Markets: a quote board for the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Dow Jones, Russell 2000, gold, Brent oil, Bitcoin and euro to dollar, each with today's change and intraday line, the symbols members hold most, and currencies and commodities

1D intraday to all‑time. Candlestick or line. Any ticker.

Periods cover 1D intraday (5‑minute bars), 1W (hourly), 5D, 1M, 3M, 6M, YTD, 1Y, 5Y, MAX and a custom date range that auto‑picks an appropriate interval. The tab opens on a quote board, the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100, Dow, Russell 2000, gold, Brent, Bitcoin and EUR/USD with the day's line, and any card opens in the chart with one click.

  • Type a ticker (AAPL, VWCE.DE, BTC‑USD, EUNL.DE…) and hit Load.
  • Search from the top of the app, or click any quote card or holding, to load it instantly.
  • Custom range picker auto-selects the interval (daily / hourly / 5‑min).

Check a ticker before you buy it without leaving the app, then come back and see what it would do to your existing allocation.

Detailed dividend analytics

Everything passive income investors need to track, analyse and grow their dividend portfolio. Closed positions are automatically filtered out so your projections stay accurate.

Dividends: income expected over the next 12 months after tax, net, gross and on-cost yield, the dividend tax setting, a payment calendar by month, where the income comes from, and dividends received over the last 12 months against a year earlier

A forward 12-month forecast that only counts what you still own.

Your passive income deserves a forecast you can rely on, not an inflated guess. Portfolio Analytics projects the next twelve months of dividends from your live holdings and automatically filters out closed positions, so a stock you already sold never pads your numbers. Net, gross and on-cost yield sit side by side, after the dividend tax rate you set, and a payment calendar shows which months the money arrives in.

  • A 12-month forecast and a payment calendar, built from actual payment history.
  • Net, gross and on-cost yield, after your own dividend tax.
  • Closed positions auto-excluded, forecasts stay accurate.

A stock you sold in March will never pad next year's forecast. That is the difference between a number you can plan a lifestyle around and a number that just looks good.

Income tracking

Total dividends received with the payment count, month-by-month income bars, income by stock with each holding's yield, and what arrived each month against the same month a year earlier.

Yield analysis

Net yield, gross yield and yield on cost side by side. Spot which positions pay the highest income relative to what you originally paid, not just to today's price.

Payment calendar

The next twelve months as a calendar of expected payments, after tax. Point at any month to see which companies pay in it.

Portfolio metrics, in plain English

Don't let finance jargon get in the way. Here's what each number on your dashboard actually means.

Total Value

The current market value of everything you hold, converted into your reporting currency at live FX rates. Prices refresh every 5 minutes while the market is open.

Total Gain

Unrealized gain (on positions you still hold) plus realized gain (on positions you've sold) plus dividends received. The all-in "how am I doing" number.

IRR (Internal Rate of Return)

The annualised return that accounts for when you added or removed money. Unlike a simple percentage, IRR stays honest across years of deposits, withdrawals and reinvestments.

Dividend Yield & Yield on Cost

Dividend yield = projected annual dividends ÷ current value. Yield on cost = projected dividends ÷ what you originally paid, so it tells you how well your past buying decisions are paying off today.

Daily Change

How much your portfolio moved today, in both dollars and percent, broken down by currency. Hidden if the market is closed or if you only have non-trading assets.

Holdings map

A grid of your largest positions, each tile showing its weight and coloured by today's move. The fastest way to spot what's working and what's lagging.

Work one position out by hand

Every figure here is arithmetic you can repeat on paper. If your broker shows something different, the reason is usually one of three, and they are all listed below.

You buy 10 shares at $100 on 1 January, so the cost is $1,000. A year later the price is $130, and $30 in dividends arrived along the way.

  • Market value = 10 × $130 = $1,300
  • Unrealized gain = $1,300 − $1,000 = $300, which is +30%
  • Total return = $300 unrealized + $30 dividends = $330, which is +33% on cost
  • XIRR = the rate that makes the dated cash flows balance, roughly 33% here, because the holding period is one year. Add money mid-year and simple percentages break, while XIRR stays correct.

Where a broker statement differs

  1. Your broker reports in one currency while you are reporting in another.
  2. Your broker uses a simple return rather than a money-weighted one.
  3. Your broker leaves dividends out of the performance figure entirely.

Cost basis here resets each time you fully close and reopen a position, so a re-entry never inherits the old average. Returns are solved with Newton-Raphson XIRR, falling back to bisection rather than reporting a rate that did not properly converge.

A screener that shows its working

Every symbol you own, plus anything on your watchlist, checked against rules you can read, change and switch off. Nothing here is a black box.

AI Screener: the buy-now rules as chips, buy, hold, sell and checked counts, your holdings with each signal, rules passed, revenue growth, margin and debt to equity, and the names that are recently cheaper
The rule chips near the top are the four defaults everyone starts with. Every signal in the table below is produced by those rules.

Signals on what you hold

Every position you own right now, with a suggested action beside it and how many of your rules it passes, alongside five-year revenue growth, margin and debt to equity. Point at any figure for an explanation of what it measures.

What currently passes

Symbols you hold, used to hold, or added to your watchlist that clear every rule you have enabled. Treat it as a shortlist worth researching, never as an instruction. You can also loosen it to "passes most rules" if a strict list comes back empty.

Recently cheaper

Familiar names, ones you own or used to own, now trading below where they sat roughly 200 days ago. Companies you already researched once are the cheapest place to start looking again.

These are the rules everyone starts with

Four sensible defaults. Change any of them in the app and your version is saved to your account.

  • Revenue growth (5Y total) ≥ 15%
  • Must be profitable
  • Debt to equity < 1.5
  • Debt to EBITDA < 3

Build your own from more than twenty metrics across growth, profitability, return on capital, balance-sheet health, valuation and price trend: revenue CAGR, EPS growth, gross and operating margin, free cash flow margin, ROE, ROA, current ratio, P/E, P/S, P/B, dividend yield, price against its 50 and 200-day moving average, and more. Each rule also decides what happens when a company simply does not report that figure, so a firm with no debt is not punished for it.

What the “AI” actually is

No neural network, and nothing forecasts a price. It reads company fundamentals from Yahoo Finance, tests them against rules you can see, and reports which ones passed, so the same inputs give the same answer every time and every signal traces back to the rule that produced it. A rule set is a filter, not a recommendation, and not investment advice: it narrows a long list down to something you can research.

The same tracker, now on your phone

The Android app is built and ready, and goes up on Google Play as soon as the account is cleared. It is not a smaller copy of the website. It is the same app, with the same portfolios, the same figures and the same account, and it keeps you signed in, so your day's change is one tap away.

  • One account, two screens

Add a transaction on the laptop and it is there on the phone before you put it down.

  • Made to fit

When a table runs out of width it drops the columns that matter least instead of sliding sideways, so a ticker is never cut in half.

  • Nothing new to learn

The same screens in the same order, down to where the numbers sit.

The Play Store listing goes up the day the review clears. If you already have an account, the current build is waiting in Settings, under "Portfolio Analytics on Android". An iPhone version is what I am building next.

Frequently asked questions

Stocks, ETFs, mutual funds, cryptocurrencies, indices and international tickers (e.g. AAPL, VWCE.DE, NOVO-B.CO, BTC-USD). Prices come from Yahoo Finance with automatic 5-minute refresh.

Yes. Portfolios support USD, EUR, GBP, ILS, CHF, JPY, CAD, AUD, RON and more. Multi-currency totals are shown per currency and in your chosen reporting currency.

Yes. The globe button in the header shows the whole site in 29 languages, free, in any browser, and that includes the signed-in dashboard. The translations are our own and are loaded from this site, so nothing you see is sent to a translation service. Prices, tickers, currency codes, percentages, portfolio names and the product name are never translated, so no figure is ever reformatted or renamed. If you have an account, the choice is saved to it and follows you to any device.

Yes, on Android, and it is the same app rather than a lighter copy of it. It is finished and goes on Google Play shortly, and the listing goes up as soon as that clears. If you already have an account you can install the current build from Settings today. An iPhone version is next. The website also works in a phone browser and can be added to your home screen, if you would rather not install anything at all.

Your performance is calculated using the Newton-Raphson XIRR iteration method, a money-weighted internal rate of return that accounts for the exact date and size of every contribution and withdrawal. When a solution cannot converge, the engine falls back to a bisection method rather than reporting a misleading rate. Total return combines unrealized gain, realized gain and dividends received, and your cost basis resets correctly each time you fully close and reopen a position, so the numbers stay honest across years of investing.

Yes, and there are four ways to do it. The first is to upload the file your broker already gives you. 32 brokers and portfolio apps are recognized on sight: XTB account statements (.xlsx), Interactive Brokers activity statements (.csv), and the exports of Trading 212, DEGIRO, Revolut, eToro, Trade Republic, Saxo Bank, Swissquote, Scalable Capital, Nordnet, Avanza, BUX, Freetrade, InvestEngine, Lightyear, Charles Schwab, Fidelity, Robinhood, Vanguard, Questrade, E*TRADE, Webull, Zerodha, tastytrade and more. Trades, dividends and withholding tax are all picked up, and each symbol is matched to the exchange it was actually bought on. XTB and Interactive Brokers are checked against real exports, and so are 18 of the other 30. The second way is any other broker's CSV, which goes in through a drag-and-drop column matcher. The third is for a file that still will not import: send it from the app, and a personal import template for it is written within 24 hours. The fourth is typing transactions in by hand. Whichever you use, every row is checked and shown to you before anything is saved, and importing the same statement again a month later adds only the trades you did not already have, so a second import cannot double your history. Your data exports back out as CSV or Excel at any time.

Send the file and it will be made to work. When an import fails, the app offers to send that exact file, and you can send one at any time from Settings, under Import help. You can add the broker's name and a line about anything unusual, such as dividends sitting on a second sheet. Your file is then read by hand and an import template written for it within 24 hours. You get a notification in the app and an email the moment it is ready, and importing the same file again takes seconds. Only the site owner can open what you send. It is kept until the template is ready, deleted 7 days after that, and never held longer than 30 days. If you would rather not wait, the same screen hands you a prompt for any AI assistant, which converts the file for you in a couple of minutes.

Yes. Type any Yahoo-supported ticker into the search box at the top of the app, or click a quote card on the Markets tab or any holding, and it opens as a candlestick or line chart. Choose 1D intraday (5-minute bars), 1W (hourly bars), 5D, 1M, 3M, 6M, YTD, 1Y, 5Y, MAX or a custom date range. Your own position in that symbol, with every transaction, sits underneath.

Yes. Open any ticker, from the search box or by clicking it anywhere in the app, and three research cards appear under its chart. The dividend record shows the consecutive-years growth streak, payment schedule, payout ratio and every year of payments on record, reaching back decades. The business quality card scores revenue growth, margins, return on equity and debt against stated thresholds with meets, borderline or misses badges, so you see the evidence and form your own judgement. And a DCF fair-value calculator turns your own assumptions (free-cash-flow growth, discount rate, terminal growth, projection horizon) into an implied value per share beside the current price. All free, from the same Yahoo Finance data as the rest of the app.

Yes. The Watchlist tab holds the symbols you are thinking about buying rather than the ones you own, so nothing on it touches your holdings, your returns or your dividend figures. Give a symbol a buy target, a sell target or both, and choose how you hear about it: a badge on the bell inside the app, an email, or both. Prices are checked every five minutes, and you are told when a target is crossed rather than every five minutes for as long as the price stays there. You can file symbols into as many named lists as you need, and deleting a list keeps the symbols and their targets.

Yes. Every account is protected by TOTP-based two-factor authentication, optional Google sign-in, bcrypt password hashing and JWT-secured sessions delivered as httpOnly cookies with CSRF protection. Your data is sealed inside a per-user PostgreSQL isolation layer enforced at every API endpoint, and a full audit log records every login, password change and account action. Your financial data is never shared or sold.

Yes, on request. Write to me and I will give you access to the source, and you can run the whole thing on your own machine or your own server. Then nothing leaves it: the database is yours, your copy fetches its own prices, and no account here is involved. It does everything the hosted version does, IRR (XIRR), multi-currency portfolios and the full transaction history. Most people use the hosted version because there is nothing to install, and either way the data is yours to export or delete.

Yes. Everything the tracker does today is free, with no trial limits, no ads and no upsells, and you get unlimited portfolios and unlimited transactions. Nothing here has ever moved from free to paid, and nothing about your holdings is sold or shared. It costs very little to run, and charging for it would mean building billing, support tiers and a sales page instead of improving the tool.

No, and you never will. You add your transactions yourself or upload a statement your broker already gave you. The exports of 32 brokers are recognized and imported automatically, among them XTB, Interactive Brokers, Trading 212, DEGIRO, Revolut, eToro, Trade Republic, Saxo Bank, Robinhood and Charles Schwab. Any other CSV works with column mapping, and a file that will not import gets a personal import template within 24 hours. The app fetches public market prices from the Yahoo Finance API, and there is no brokerage credential anywhere in the system. A live broker sync is planned as a paid add-on for people who would rather not upload anything: it will be opt-in, it will never be required, and manual entry and statement import stay free.

Yes, in one click. Deleting your account immediately schedules the permanent removal of every portfolio, transaction, cash entry and record tied to you, with a short grace period in case you change your mind. Once that window passes, your data is permanently purged from the database and cannot be recovered. You are always in full control of your own information.

Yes. Admins can create additional users, assign them under their account, and "View as" any of their users, which is useful for families or advisors. Super Admins can also export a full user's data as JSON and import it into another account in one click (merge-only, never destructive).

Portfolio Analytics is built and maintained by Petru Ceciltan, a full-stack developer who wanted a tracker that did not demand his brokerage password, could handle European tickers in several currencies, and did not charge a subscription for basic honesty about returns. He could not find one, so he built it and left it free. More about who is behind it.

They should. A position worked out by hand, and the three reasons a broker statement can still differ, are set out in Check the maths above: reporting currency, simple return versus money-weighted return, and whether dividends are counted at all.
